If you don't like being touched by your eye doctor, don't see him. He put his hands on my knees and shoulders multiple times and although it wasn't inappropriate, it's notably uncomfortable for most women. I have used acuvue oasys 2wk lenses for over 10 years with no problems, but Malone insisted I switch to Bio True daily ($650 for a yr). He gave me a trial pair for 5 days and when I paid for my glasses, eye exam, contact fitting, and contacts, my total cost was over $1300. I justified it is worth spending if I have good glasses and these contacts were supposedly better for my eyes. The trial pair was fine for about an hour. I had light sensitivity and the contacts began rotating in my eyes (toric lenses). I have not suffered from dry eyes, but these lenses made my eyes dry and were difficult to remove. I called immediately to let them know but because they ordered before I even left the office, 5 days later I am still fighting for a refund. My only issue is with Malone. Staff is fine

Dr Malone was either incompetent or greedy and kept prescribing new glasses when my husband needed cataract surgery. If you value your vision, avoid Dr Malone
