Daphne Berta, LCSW

I met Daphne at a low point in my life, when I thought I needed a shoulder to cry on, but was met with someone who was willing to put in the work needed to help me when I didn't think I could put any work in to help myself. She has walked me through one of the hardest times of my life, and has helped me find the confidence needed to become the best version of myself. I have had a few 'therapists' that I have found are more of a listening ear, but Daphne is someone who strives to help you help yourself through life to come, not just what has happened in the past. Through everything, she has told me to give myself more credit, and less to her, however, I feel as though the success I have seen in life is due, at least in part, to Daphne and the tools she has provided me with to get to where I am. I trust her through and through, and would recommend her to anyone looking to make progress for their future, and move beyond their past.

Very helpful to me and understanding about my problems, easy to talk to, one of the few people doing face to face (with mask) visits during the pandemic. I've made some good progress while working with her.
