Unprofessional and disorganized. Canceled an appointment within 5 minutes of sending a confirmation text then proceeded to not show up to the rescheduled appointment time.

Telehealth
Darcy has been extremely amazing. She gives great support and tools and ways of thinking to get to a better place. Really resourceful. Just a caring, smart, supportive person. Feel really comfortable opening up. I would recommend her to anyone!

Absolutely the worst therapist I've ever had
Telehealth
This 'therapist' caused me more distress and unhappiness than anything she could've done to actually help me. I was charged a disgustingly heft late cancellation fee of $175 for an emergency that I had no control over. In my opinion, usually practices differentiate late cancellation for being a flake versus emergency. She wants 3 days up front notice according to her disclosure, but I didn't see anything in there about emergencies. So instead of being willing to work with me when I asked her to, she totally ignores me, just sends the bill. Well, I'm not in the habit of giving people handouts, especially for work they DIDN'T DO. So because of Darcy Elton, I'm never seeking a therapist again, being vulnerable only to find myself feeling violated emotionally from a horrible experience. Zero stars from this client. Thanks for making me feel worse than when I started with you.
