Terrible experience. Did not remember our conversations from one appointment to the next. Would get critical details wrong about my history. (Your relative died of cancer right? No, it wasn't cancer.) Kept mispronouncing my name. Cuts you off, tells you what he thinks the problem is and gives you a printed handout that is never followed up upon. I was a number, not a person. I had such high hopes after reading the Kaiser bio. He should review notes before meeting with his patient. Terrible!
