Darlene Wood, ARNP

I Love Darlene Wood. She's been good to me. Her office manager, Brenda, is another story. She refused my insurance for over a year and a half. I've been paying out of pocket when I had coverage. Brenda is an egotistical, rude, tyrant that should never, ever, EVER deal with the public. A real B**CH!!!!!!!

Darlene has confused me with other patients many times. What's worse, she spoke with office staff about the details of other patients. I know this because in while talking with the office staff, they've implied they knew details about certain issues that had absolutely nothing to do with myself or my career. Darlene started out well, but now she constantly jumps to conclusions, is judgemental (to which she laughs and says that judging is her job), and has actually laughed in my face. Inexcusable

Darlene Woods' office told me that they did not accept my insurance when I called. Two days later her office called me back and left a message telling me they do accept my insurance and to call for an appointment. When I called the woman asked questions like she was going to set me up with an appointment, then abruptly said they were not taking my insurance, Beacon Health, because it did not pay enough and they couldnt afford to take anyone with that insurance. Ok. Then why even call back. Rude!
