I had a drug test appointment on Monday 10/16/2017 I got there early but my bladder was ready I waited there about 45 minutes before I was ready I performed my duties but to my disappointment the cup I did my business in had a hole in it. I was very upset about this situation and the doctor and his assistant pretty much accuse me of some type of tampering with the cup I will never use this business again. Very Unprofessional!! Never Again!!!
