So glad she is here in Pierre now. Dr. McDaniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have had cataract surgery twice and she was able to explain issues I couldn't find answers to, and how to treat them. She was patient and interesting. I highly recommend her!

Husban and I went in for a normal eye exam the both prescription where incorrect went back and wanted to charge me again for the same eye exam. Was very rude and did not listen that we where out of town.

Because nobody can pronounce her last name everybody calls her Dr. Darya. She's originally from Ukraine and has a lovely mood and accent. Her professionalism, knowledge and kindness sold us right away not to mention the convenience of the sam day eyeglass place around the corner. My wife and I have adopted her as our official optometrist.
