Not helpful at all
I had to beg for a flu test which was the only reason I came to this overworked clinic. She gave me a rapid Covid test which I’m perfectly capable of doing at home. Didn’t call me with positive flu results, have no instructions on how much medication I can take, her MA “guesstimated” the amount. This clinic is clearly in disarray and they’re overworked and overwhelmed

Daryl was unnecessarily gruff (which is forgivable), gave an incomplete diagnosis, and that screwed up an auto insurance claim that could have permanent drawbacks for my body (and wallet). This whole OHSU Richmond clinic seems overstressed, and I recommend going elsewhere.
