Dr. Alexander is caring, and warm and knowledgeable. He seems to love his job and his goal seems tonr to care for and treat his patients and meet their every need. He has always answered all my questions and addressed any concerns and issues. I highly recommend him.

David performed my daughter's newborn hearing test this morning - He has great bedside manner, and was so pleasant and professional throughout the appointment. We will definitely visit his office again if we have any future need!

My visit with Dr. Alexander was excellent. He was friendly, well-informed, and he answered all my questions, while being very clear beforehand about the natural limitations of treatment using even the best hearing aid technology. My results are excellent, I wear them all the time, and I'm pleased. And I appreciated that he and I are veterans, with experience in military aircraft. My wife may need hearing aids, and I have recommended that she see him.

I have been seeing Dr. Alexander for about a year now. My initial appointment was fantastic, I told them about my Neurological disorder and they automatically knew what it was and what to check for. He actually listened to me and my concerns about my hearing loss. Dr. Alexander is very professional and will walk you through all test results and make sure that you understand what is happening and how to work with ones hearing aid. I highly recommend anyone who is suffering from hearing loss, to see Dr. Alexander.

I have now taken two of my children to visit Dr. Alexander. He is always extremely professional, yet kind and welcoming at the same time. He greets us by name and with a smile. He is very informative and explains things in ways that are easy to understand. Visits to Dr. Alexander always feel like visiting a friend.

Dr. Alexander was AMAZING with my two year old daughter! He took time to let her play with his tools and even put her favorite show on his computer for her to watch during the test. My daughter is usually very nervous around strangers, but because of his kindness and patience, she sat through the test without tears. He explained the procedure and results thoroughly to me, which put me at ease. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Alexander if you are looking for an excellent audiologist with a great bedside manner!

Definitely! He is professional with a pleasant "bedside manner". He explained the hearing test procedures very well to my teenage son, and detailed the results with us with hard copies for our records. ????

David Alexander is a caring and thorough audiologist and I am happy to have found him. His priority is your good hearing and he is concerned always to make it right for you. I would give him 5 stars except I am not impressed with the practice as a whole.
