David was great! I have been through a lot of providers at this practice in the past several years and I'm grateful I got to see David. He is patient, knowledgeable and took the time to listen and understand what I have going on. I look forward to seeing him again in the future.

David was easy to talk to, listened to my concerns carefully, and made sure all my concerns were heard before I left the appointment. I really appreciated knowing he had time to listen and to be sure my needs were met before I left.

David was very pleasant to work with. He seemed compassionate, was attentive to my description of my problem, and was reassuring. However, it's more than 36 hours since I left the office, and my antibiotic prescription has still not been sent to my pharmacy. I've reached out to the practice several times throughout the following day, both by phone and by patient portal, and again today and have only received automated responses online, confirming my efforts to reach the office. Could be a staffing problem or illness in the office, hard to say. Other than being unable to pick up my rx, I would give David a five.

I can't thank David enough for the special, excellent care he has provided me and for the unique gift he is to me. His service is marked with efficiency and punctuality and has always been committed to going the extra mile for me. I am blessed that he is my PA and I have great confidence in him and his abilities to help me and all his patients. Thank you so much for the great care you have given me and continue to give.

If you are looking for a rude and condescending PA, he is the one to see. Also the first medical professional that has ever recorded a medical conversation. He didn’t want to listen, and then accused me of interrupting him. Fortunately, there are great doctors at New West; he is just not one of them

He started out as a great provider but something changed in 2023. He was unable to follow communications with me on a topic resulting in my being recommended to specialists I didn’t need. It was as if instead of seeking answers to something he didn’t understand, he tried to push me off to other providers to deal with a very basic issue. I couldn’t get the results I needed from him as a provider so I had to report him to Hr and am now under the care of a different provider at the same office. The office has been sympathetic and supportive and have justified my actions as a patient. Everyone has a bad day, but this was ongoing for months.
