Argumentative and doesn't hear both sides at all. He seemed completely unwilling to understand both perspectives, which was frustrating. He'd routinely cut me off while speaking and showed obvious bias towards my spouse, whom he kept asking for investment advice! He also refused standing appointments and would double-book patients and then call one or the other party at the last minute to cancel to make sure the spot would be filled.
