Dr. Cheng is my son’s school psychologist. He has been extremely helpful and understanding. He is also very knowledgeable and experienced. He always replies to our question quickly and goes above and beyond to address our concerns. We are very grateful for his kindness and support.

Dr. Cheng recently joined Great Neck school district per-kindergarten screening. I happened to be in the room. When a kid accidentally dropped something, he said "Go pick it up" as he was talking to a dog. When the kid didn't respond, he just stared at him and said nothing for half minute. No "please" in his sentence and giving that kid a poker face. I saw at least two kids under his evaluation and both was treated that way. He obviously does not know how to talk to kids.
