He's very good about identifying underlying issues. His advice helped me cope with some very stressful situations and helped me see things in another way.

He gave a lot of conflicting advice. One session I wasn't doing enough volunteer work, and the next session I was doing too much. He wasn't the best listener...to the point where I felt it was condescending. Hopefully it was just me he didn't like listening to, and he's better with other patients. I held out for five sessions to make sure I gave it a full shot, but I didn't get anything positive out of our time together.
