FANTASTIC EYE DOC!
Could not be more grateful for Dr. Haine and his team! I have been a patient for over 20 years and will never go anywhere else. Dr. Haine takes great care of me and my entire family. It is rare to look forward to seeing a doctor, but we are always excited to go to Dr. Haine’s office because of him and his superb staff.

Billing is dishonest — I have been double billed for almost all family members and even have service dates made up and submitted — do not go here

His office refused to file the claim with our vision insurance and instead will only file via our health insurance (he is a participating provider under our vision insurance). I've asked several times for the claim to go through vision vs medical and they said they will do it but never has (as I verified that through our vision care). My guess is health insurance pays more for the claim than our vision insurance (however our deductible is very high leaving the entire amount of the claim for us

Hard to say something this doctor doesn't do correctly. Great bedside manner, office staff, time for and concern for patient issues. Gets to root cause, documents how he arrived at assestment, and then conveys information to patient.
