Condescending, repetitive, uncaring
I was getting some new bad news from my cardiologist office, Dave Klungle, and whenever I asked a question or made a statement, he would ignore what I said and repeat himself by saying, "Look, I'm just trying to help you." while ignoring my questions and statements. After repeating himself 6 times, I finally got up, thanked him and left. He then wrote that he turned me into security, that I threatened him, and I was violent. Not one word of what he said was true. I left the office more confused than when I entered. I would highly suggest that anyone going to West MI Heart, if you want to make statements and ask questions, this guy lacks compassion, and empathy. When he's assigned to giving bad news to a patient, he's not capable of doing so with care.
