I went in with a very sore throat and fever and they tested me for flu/strep. When Mr. Lange came in he checked my breathing and pushed on my sinuses. He wrote the diagnosis on the checkout paper and never even referenced the tests or even told me what was his diagnosis. I had to read the checkout note. I called back later to get the test results and they told me they were confused because he would have told me if something was wrong. However, they didn't have test results in my folder.
