I am a 72 yr old who has been working out regularly for the past 7 years. I was experiencing an clicking and pain in my shoulder. I'd had it for a while , then I started to have pain that ran down my arm. It became so bad that it was waking me up in the mornings. My primary physician recommended Dave to me. It was easy to set up a home visit. He quickly diagnosed several problems with mobility & range of motion. He set me up with a PT routine to loosen my shoulder up. We started an 8 week program that included a specific daily workout routine. He measured my progress each week and modified my workout based on the improvements I had. By the end of the 3rd week all of the pain was gone, I had greater mobility and range of motion. My shoulder hadn't felt this good in years.
