I had the worst experience at St. Rose last night in the ER department. On my discharge paperwork, it says that I was treated by, and ONLY by, the physician's assistant. His name is David McCleve. He did not let me see a doctor the whole time I was at the ER. He was incredibly rude to me and lacked empathy. I went in for abdominal pain and bloating. When he first saw me, he pushed on my stomach a little bit and said "You came in for bloating?" He asked if I had been to the bathroom. He was incredibly condescending the whole time he saw me; he acted as if he wasn't interested in my story and like I was waisting his time. After almost 2 hours of waiting for my blood results back he came in the room. He proceeded to nonchalantly tell me that I "wasn't pregnant" and that there was "no sense" in keeping me at the emergency room. He did not ask me my fertility issues, nothing.
