After easily obtaining an appointment at this practice and hoping for a good experience I was very disappointed in his level of professionalism. He did not introduce himself to me, seemed to be annoyed that I had waited to go to a PT for my condition (off and on back pain which I tried to manage before seeking PT) and seemed to not trust that I was going to do the stretches. He said that if I did not do my part it would be wasting their time and mine as the practice is very busy.
