The practice was not forthcoming in providing any requested records of the exam/prescription. Records and prescriptions are supposed to be available if
requested. Some of my request was fulfilled after much discussion, but it was
very begrudgingly. I do think the exam itself was in line with how it should be
so he can be trusted that way. Due to the way the business is operated, I will
not go back. This year I will choose a different practice.

I’ve been using Dr. Rossello for many years. Followed him from LensCrafters. He is very thorough. Definitely the best most extensive eye exam I’ve ever had.

Poor communication, appointments cancelled by staff, they told me there was a computer problem but made no effort to fix it. I was told they had no record of my appointment but when I showed them my confirmation and asked to discuss it with the doctor, he kicked me out of the office. He is unprofessional, was not interested in improving my vision. Please do not consider going to this office for an eye problem. They cannot handle the basics.
