Long lasting solutions
I've been in and out of therapy for depression all my adult life. All of the therapists were fine in alleviating my symptoms, but never for longer than the next session. Dr. Seaton was the first therapist to give me the tools I needed to keep me out of debilitating depression MYSELF. As long as I continued to do the work, I would be fine. Of course, that means that since I no longer needed further sessions, he theraputialized himself out of a job. :)
