Finally found someone who cares about your well being he listens to everything he don’t rush u out the door one of the be therapist in the tri state area... if u got to him you will not regret it ...

Dr. Urban was great. He helped me address my issues, including ones I didn't realize I had. He respected my request for no medication and never once did he try to get me to reconsider it. He gave me useful tools that worked. Very friendly, very likable, very easy to talk to.
