This provider does not understand the concept 'Do no harm' and demonstrates poor integrity. I am a disabled veteran with three tours to Iraq I allowed Miss Gray to conduct a mental health evaluation because she seemed concerned about my wellbeing. I was suffering disabilities that impeded my performance, I wasnt able to hold a job and was going through a MEB. She used the evaulation to attack my credibility, with the intent to get me kicked out of the military. She was scolded by her superior for her poor judgement. Her response was 'I was doing what was best for the chain of command'. I know this because her office connected to my work area and she is very loud when she gets defensive. What is worse is she emailed the evaluation outside of secure chanels and it ended up everybody's inbox. Later I found out she wasnt authorized to conduct evaluations in the first place. 6 months later I was medically retired. I know of other vets she has done this to but I cannot speak for them
