Dawn Krysa, PA-C

Dawn was the P.A. at the MT State Health Center in Missoula, MT. Dawn had me taking my blood pressure pills at the wrong time of day for them to be effective (at night and they are not time released). After she left, a different P.A. told me to take them in the morning or take half a pill at night and half in the a.m. Dawn refused to give me an HPV vaccination in 2021 when I asked for it because she said she didn't know it can be administered thru age 45 and I was positive for HPV at that time. The HPV cleared up in 2021 and then returned in 2022. I am now facing CIN 3 as of Dec 2023. If she had given me the vaccination when I requested it I may not be in the position I am in now facing possible cervical cancer. I really hope she reads this. This has been very painful, expensive and scary to say the least.

Awful! She came in and changed my meds that doctors have had me on for years. It messed me up physically and mentally. She is brash and has a false sense of superiority. I will never recommend her to anyone.

I had a video appointment scheduled with Dawn that she never showed up for. She claimed that I didn't show up (even though I have proof that I entered the video chat one minute before our scheduled start time and waited over 10 minutes). Because of her error, I was charged a $50 no-show fee. Ridiculous.

I think she is quite knowledgeable and actually brought another Provider in to get opinion. The time she spent with us seemed considerable. I would recommend her to a family member. I feel comfortable with her.

Her bedside manner needs some work. She is very abrupt and quick to diagnose and refer elsewhere. Max time she will spend in the room with you is 5 minutes and if you ask too many questions she seems annoyed.
