No empathy. Very difficult to work with. If you need paperwork or insurance needs she will wait you out till you lose it! She will let you lose your job and anything else she thinks might help you live your life normally! And has an attitude to go with it! My husband was in an accident and needed her to send paperwork to his job for ins. We called multiple times saying he could lose his job if it wasn’t in by a certain date and she gave us attitude about this. He wants to work even though he is in so much pain and she doesn’t help with that either! It’s just the way she acts like she’s so much better than him! I’m tired of him being treated this way by a VA Dr.! She also sent him to a pain clinic and told him they could help him and we got there to find that she sent a note saying he needed no pain meds. He was on a vent. For weeks and broke multiple bones his neck and punctured his lungs. About died and was in hospital for two months! .

Worse doctor I have ever been to. After having 2 mri's and showing her the paper work she goes on to to tell me pretty much I'm a liar because I shouldn't be in as much pain as I was describing to her. She picks and chooses what documents satisfies her way of thinking. I had two mri's on paper . She disregarded the older MRI because the new MRI didn't have the exact findings as the old one. Any body that knows anything about back problems you should know it doesn't just cure itself.
