Dr. Dawn Williams, PSY

Dawn has been my primary therapist for over a decade now. I met her shortly after being medically retired from the military and found myself struggling with PTSD, chronic pain and chemical dependence. She has managed to help me through all of those things and is still there to work with me anytime I need her. I can honestly say I would not have the life I have if I had not been lucky enough to find her. What makes this more important to me is that I found her after literally dozens of military and VA therapists were unable to help in anyway. In my experience Dawn is one of a kind when it comes to quality, effective therapy, and anyone who has worked with her should feel blessed to have been able to do so.

Dawn has been my personal therapist for over 8 years. She has helped me significantly in my personal life and is always there when I need her. Her guidance has helped me get to where I am in life and she continues to help me better myself as a person, wife, and now mother. I will forever be great full for her continued support.

Terrible. This person was biased against me from the second I walked in the door and did everything she could to get my X wife more custody right out of the gates. It was an uphill battle from day one, and whether she did not like me or does not like men, I do not know. Either way, it was a terrible experience for me and my daughter.

Beware of the positive reviews for Dawn Pilger Williams. They most likely have been posted to deceive. I posted a review on this website and on another, and now positive reviews have been posted on both sites with similar dates, or dates in close proximity to each other. I will let you deduce what you will from that. I just want to make sure that people who need help, find people who are willing to give it. Unfortunately, Dawn was unable to do this in my family's case. Dawn may work for somebody in individual therapy, but I would highly recommend that you weigh out options for reunification therapy.

Great reunification therapist. Dawn's methodologies and approach is agile and friendly. She understands children's issues well and advises families superbly.

When life throws you curve balls, it’s great to know you have someone who can look at your situation objectively and help you find ways to cope. Dr. Williams has been that person for me. She has been instrumental in helping me develop skills that allow me to function well in a multitude of circumstances. Without hesitation, I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dawn's for almost 25 years. I was in my 20's when I was referred to Dawn by a friend who was also a patient. My mother had passed away tragically in a car accident and I was having a very hard time. Dawn has helped me throughout the years with multiple close family deaths, a couple of very serious but toxic relationships, anxiety, depression, alcoholism, substance abuse, marriage, and being a step parent. I am at my best now that I have ever been close to 50 years old. I owe so much to Dawn for never giving up on me which is truly a gift that writing a review could never truly articulate.

Dawn was our reunification therapist and came highly recommended by family courts and individuals. Due to her due diligence she was able to identify problem areas quickly and gave constructive feedback as well as tools to mitigate the influence of past choices. Our children are well adjusted and we are grateful for the outcome. She does in-person therapy as well as digitally thus accommodating health risks.

Dr Williams is a highly knowledgeable psychologist who has helped me tremendously with some personal issues. She takes time to listen and makes me feel very comfortable to speak about anything I need to talk about with her. She is the best therapist I have seen and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Dawn is fantastic! She makes you feel heard and validated and really pushes you to be your best self. She has been the best therapist I’ve ever worked with, and would highly recommend her.

I called this office and left a voicemail asking for an appointment after finding them listed as contracted providers on my insurances's website. They have TEXT me back this AM to say they are only accepting selfpay patients. Very unprofessional and misleading. I have already advised my insurance company.
