Not sure how to contact anymore
My last telehealth visit was great as usual but having a problem with contacting her office now!! There was a change in my pharmacy and my dosage was incorrect with the new one and I am desperate to get it corrected. My voicemails (lots) are being ignored!! I need help!!!!!! It can only be done from Deanna because Walgreens can’t change it for me!!!! My next appt is not until March 4th and I am needing help now!!!

I would recommend Deanna to my family and friends. Her staff is nice to work with, the office is pleasant and peaceful, and Deanna herself is amazing. The response time is good and she gets the job done. I had an issue or 2 with the insurance at one point, but they got on it and got it situated, and have not had an issue since.

Deanna Minor has changed my life. Her professionalism, wisdom, and compassion has far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She has really helped me getting my medications regulated to where I feel better than I have in longer than I can remember. I’m so very thankful I found her.

Dangerously incompetent. We were with RMNP before Deanna opened her practice, and moved with her under the guise that she accepted our insurance. Nice enough as a medication manager, but only when she does the job. After moving from Walgreens to her recommended pharmacy, my husband and I routinely had issues getting our medications on time. I left her practice when I was unable to get a refill of my antidepressant after several attempts through the pharmacy and her office assistant, to the point where I ran out and had to go through withdrawals from a high dose of venlafaxine. I stupidly thought that was the end of my horrible experience with her, but we’ve just received $1500 in bills dating back eight months. Turns out she’s out of network after all. Please do not trust your mental health to this practice.

Deanna abandoned her patients when she started her own practice and left them with very short notice to find a replacement for care. Does not return calls and ignored requests for assistance. Would not recommend to anyone seeking help.

If you are having issues with your prior auths not being sent by this location-you always will. I repeatedly went days w/o daily medication b/c they would not automatically send prior auths when altering or issuing new scripts. They expect the patient to do that. When I called to address these issues I get Tiffany who is condescending and rude. When the prior auths are finally sent in by this office, they send it to the wrong pharmacy and we have to go through the process again. They never admit their mistake, blame everyone else, and treat you like an addict. My insurance company called them to explain how they can send the prior auths to them. 1 week later, I received notice that I was being discharged as a patient. This was 2 weeks in with 3+ weeks to go for the shelter-in-place order due to COVID 19 and I have a compromised immune system which she knew of. She puts her patients at risk, but with 100 appts/day, what do you think their goal is? It's not their patients' care.

In three office visits, the nurse practitioner made mistakes in writing prescriptions four times. She only managed to make four mistakes because I caught one of them before leaving her office on one occasion. I was seeing her for medication management. When writing prescriptions is something this person cannot do correctly, there's no reason to ever go back to her as a patient.
