During my appointments, I found Ms. Olle to be dismissive and lacking in empathy. After giving me a physical therapy referral, she was uncommunicative with my PT, failing to respond to PT’s progress evaluations and requests for updated orders - at which point my PT advised me to seek care at another practice in order to ensure I could continue treatment. Ms. Olle made an already stressful medical situation much tougher for me.
