Had an appointment yesterday but left after waiting over an hour with no explanation or apology. Receptionist is cold and indifferent. New patient paperwork includes a "behavior policy" for the patient to sign. I recommend that the practice do way with this and add a document stating that every patient will be treated with respect and any delays will be communicated so that a patient can decide whether they want to continue to wait or not. Also, train staff.
