I’ve seen Dr. Downs Spencer for years. I’ve always felt very comfortable, heard, and understood in her care. She’s a fantastic therapist and I would highly recommend her.

After 50 brief minutes, this doc completely "diagnosed me". This after a lifetime of issues. She then said she couldnt help me, gave me the card of a doc not on my plan, wished me luck and said good bye. Quick like Jiffy Lube. The ironic thing is that the issue we discussed was regarding rejection. After one visit, I was rejected. Trusting her or her quickly "diagnoses" would be risky. I left feeling worse than I felt when I walked in. Rejected. Beware.
