Dr. Deborah Flanagan, OD

Dr. Flanagan is friendly, caring, a good listener. She examined my eyes very thoroughly and answered all my questions. Her staff is friendly and efficient and her office is a very pleasant place. I am so happy to have found her. I recommend Dr. Flanagan very highly .

Guess I wasn't lucky enough to receive the excellent service that everyone else raved about, the experience was pretty much the complete opposite! And I'm not quick to write a bad review, it has to be REALLY bad for that to happen. Take this for what it's worth but it's my personal experience, it's 100% honest and truthful, and no intent to harm the business, it's owner, or any individual because of a personal issue or resentment of any kind. It all started in May of this year, and since that time it's been nothing but a waste of my valuable time and bad enough for me to walk away with receiving next to nothing for my 2019 benefits (e.g. an eye exam and several pairs of trial contacts in an attempt to find ones that worked best for dry eyes, plus I lost almost $100 in coverage that I'm no longer able to use). Dr. Flanagan herself, and Brianna at the front desk, were both fantastic, but that's where it ended. Long story short, 5 months later and I still never got contact lenses

She is the best eye doctor I've ever seen. Very thorough, kind, professional. Highly recommend.

Love, love, love Dr. Flanagan. She takes the time needed to explain what's going on during the appointment, if you have questions. I never feel rushed, but feel well taken care of during our visits. She's a great listener and always tries to understand my "common" description of what the issue is...

I love my new eye doctor! She is amazing! Extremely detailed and very personable. After a minute in the exam room with her, I felt like we were old friends. She took the time to answer all of my questions and review all of the tests she did. Her staff is amazing too!
