Horrible...arrived at ER at 1:30pm, left at 7:10pm and she never examined my mom. I took mom for a CT because she was dizzy and had blurred vision. She ordered a chest xray AND she did not do the CT until 6pm. What's even worse, she sent the nurse in to discharge my mom...never talked to me. So I don't know if she has a sinus or ear infection that's causing the problem(she didnt check) or if there was something in the CT. When I arrived at 1:30 there were people still waiting that had been there since 9, 10,11am and had not been seen...they were leaving without getting medical care because she cannot handle the ER load.
