Sold a bill of goods!, 6 months old Phonak has quit, on last visit was told I wouldn't be seen until fall, I need help now!!!!! Old Oticon back up, over 5 years old, out performing this new phonak, wish I had NEVER bought them, can't get ear molds right, had 5, stretches ear, bleeds, wish my old hearing aid man was still living, I wouldn't be having any problems. biggest mistake made was this place.
