We were searching for a social skills class and came across Dr. Lyons. From the website, it appeared like a good fit for our children. We contacted her and she provided detail about the class in which they would participate, including a start date.In order to prepare for the class, she requested an evaluation session. The session cost $455. After we participated in the session, Dr. Lyons informed us she did not have enough children to fill a class, but she would continue looking. She requested the $455 fee, which we paid.After a little under two weeks, I emailed Dr. Lyons about the class. At that time, she indicated the class wouldn't occur because she couldn't find more participants. I requested a refund of the $455, which she refused.
