Listens to me, helps me make good health decisions
Dr. Deb and Jennifer are so happy to see me! and they listen to me, suggest treatment but don't insist if I balk, they help me find non-invasive solutions.

My husband and I both see Deb Nichols for our healthcare in Payson, AZ. She takes the time to really listen to our health issues, and talk to us about concerns we are having. If she isn't sure about something, she conducts research. We believe her to be compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. The office staff has had their issues in the past, but they have been much friendlier of late.

My family had recently entrusted in Deb Nichols for medical attention only to find she is extremely unprofessional, insensitive to her patients needs, and ultimately does more damage than good. Unfortunately, our family is in worse condition now and is left with stress, heartache, and lingering medical problems. Before you decide to put your health in the hands of Deb, be sure to get multiple second opinions. I can promise you there is much better medical attention in Payson, AZ.

I'm not sure what other patients are writing about. Any time I've needed to see someone, I've gotten in the same day. Yes, the office is not fancy. But it's clean and personable. Warm and small-town. And as for medical? Deborah Nichols is one of the most compassionate, caring, wonderful doctors I have. And I have a lot. And I've always had a lot. She listens. She HEARS! She's willing to think outside of the box to help in whatever way she can. We are grateful we found her.

I would never go to this office unless you want to experience the worst care you could possible receive. The office manager is rude. They don't have their billing straight. They never leave appointments open each day to see their established sick patients. They always told us to go to urgent care when we are sick even if we are able to hold on for a few days for them to get us in to see the dr. If you have as much as a $50.00 outstanding invoice they refuse to see you. unprofessional & greedy

A professional with a very approachable attitude. Knowledgeable and friendly, Doctor Nichols is backed up by a staff of warm and fun people. My experiences in her care have all been very enjoyable! Also she maintains a once a week walk in period, very cool.

She doesn't seem to listen she gets her own idea and that's it wants to drag out the solution so she can make more money. Then prescribed drugs that take 24 hrs to have any affect and are expensive. My last Doctor gave drugs that worked within 1/2 hour and were cheaper. I will not be returning.
