This review is years in the making. I have been a patient of Deborah's for over 15 years. I can't say enough about her. She listens, cares and is professional at the same time. I look forward to seeing her. During a very difficult time I had 5 years ago, she was just a phone call away. I will never forget that. My family in New York couldn't believe how much she really cared. The entire staff at Capital One is wonderful!! I feel blessed and thankful!!
