Deborah Torres kept me waiting for my first prenatal appointment for over an hour, at which point I got dressed to leave. Torres finally showed up and urged me to stay for the exam. I felt rushed and uncomfortable, as the majority of the exam was composed of an internal vaginal exam and a breast exam. Because of my wait time, I did not ask questions I had as to not prolong the miserable process anymore. She also advised me to stop nursing my daughter ASAP, without clear evidence of risk.

Kept waiting for over 2 hours, my appointment was for pre natal check, and anxiety as I have just tapered off of Xanax and am pregnant. She had no clue, but instead tried to tell me I couldn't leave with my kids, then after supervisor intervention and 0 understanding of her concerns by all, my husband came and got us. She wanted me to go in an ambulance because I was having anxiety . We left. With apologies from two supervisors. And then she called CPS on me! CPS apologized for a false report.
