New patient had appt for 2:15pm arrived at 2:28 thinking I was 15 min early because I thought appt was for 2:45pm. I was refused to be seen. The nurse flat out told me no. I was told Dr was with a patient. This sounds to me she was running late and by not seeing me she will get back to schedule. SMH. My daughter goes to this clinic has arrived 20 min early for appt and has waited an hour. How is this ok??

Saw this ARNP for the 1st time, not impressed. I like direct comments, but she was too abrupt. Any question I would attempt to respond to, she would either cut me off or disregard the answer. Did not feel like I was being heard. Felt like I was just a "number" to her so she could move on. I will not be seen by her again. Would not recommened.
