Highly recommend Dr. Sheppard
Dr. Sheppard was very professional. She was informative, kind, and helpful. Do not pay attention to the poor reviews. It sounds like one disgruntled, unhappy, and vocal person.

Unprofessional, rude and sarcastic
Dr. Sheppard was not only unprofessional but also deeply unkind, especially toward parent seeking guidance for their children's challenging behaviors. Furthermore, her treatment of my child was not just discourteous but also contributed to an escalation of their behaviors. She made unsettling remarks insinuating that children are inherently manipulative and malevolent. When we approached her with concerns about our child's meltdowns, her response was dismissive and flippant. She suggested we simply take a deep breath, close our eyes, and think about our other well-behaved child, an approach that lacked empathy and understanding. Her laughter in this situation only exacerbated our distress. The overall demeanor of the staff was similarly disrespectful and uncooperative, failing to provide the assistance and support we needed.

Deb Shepard is the most unprofessional, disrespectful ,pompous ,arrogant person I have ever dealt with in the medical world. She was very rude and condescending. I have no idea why this women is in the mental health field. I was forced to see her by work comp for approval on neck surgery???????? made no sense. its holding my surgery and return to work up for 5-6 months. Her recommendation went against several Dr and PT's recommendations. She is just another leach sucking the government funds that should go toward real medical treatment for injured worlers-Todd Booke

Very disappointed and would NOT recommend. We were treated in a very unkind, disrespectful way. We were there upon referral to hopefully obtain answers, insight and advice on a treatment plan for our 13 year old daughter and her struggle with extreme social anxiety. The Dr actually said to us "what would you like to do, I'm not a psychic and this is not going to work if your daughter isn't going to talk." We received a very vague explanation of the testing after we went back to review results. Dr. was very short with me, we were made to feel like idiots when we dared to ask a question. We left knowing nothing more then we knew when we walked through the door. The Dr. appeared to not have any empathy nor did she seem interested to hear about our struggle to find effective therapy for our daughter. We feel like this experience was a complete waste of time, energy and if anything, created more stress on our family.

Deb Shepard is very professional and easy to respect. Her office staff gives a family atmosphere with a very pleasant, competent and relaxing feel. My diagnosis came back opposite of what others were saying but she was strong and confident in her testing.
