Telehealth
Literally the worst PA I've ever had. See ANYONE else. On top of being terrible at her job, she is also rude. I would rate zero stars if I could. Someone please send her back to med school.

Great Specialist
My overall experience with Deeanna Kenny was great. She was polite and listened attentively. She noted all of my symptoms and concerns and explained my lab results well. She gave me treatment and then referred me to OB doctor that could test me further on my problem. In my opinion, Dr. Deeanna Kenny knows what she is doing.

Horrible experience overall. She completely dismissed any concerns I had and ignore my referral requests to see specialists and instead came up with her own "plan" instead. It is true that we know our own bodies the best, so do not let anyone (especially an ASSISTANT), dismiss your feelings on your health. I do not recommend seeing her. The rest of the office staff was great.

Dr. Kenny did not appear to believe me when describing pain levels, did not attempt to explain diagnosis/procedures in patient terms until asked, and also did not seem knowledgeable when discussing prognosis. I found out through another doctor that Dr. Kenny's advise related to medication was incorrect, and could have slowed my recovery time. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Dr. Kenny, or Livonia Family Physicians due to these experiences.

When I tried to tell her about a lump in my mouth I am very concerned about and is very painful, she interrupted me and said well I'm not a dentist. In my chart, she failed to note my specific symptoms and just wrote headaches. Therefore I had to explain all my symptoms over again to the next doctor I saw.
