Over the last 10 years Demitra has seen me through some of the most challenging chapters of my life. She is effective in many ways. Most importantly, I think, she genuinely cares for the people she treats. She treats you with respect and dignity and will give you nothing but the truth. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has an arsenal of tools to give you so that you can help yourself. She has grace and is articulate when teaching you. She is gifted with a skill that allows her to be truly empathetic and connect with you. If it wasn’t for her patience and persistence, I wouldn’t be living the fulfilling life I currently do. I don’t have words to express how grateful I truly am for her dedication to and passion for mental peace. She saved my life.

Demitra has been a huge help to me in my recent multiple life changes. I would highly recommend her for helping with individual and/or couples counseling.
