Unprofessional, degrading

My work switched insurances and it has taken some time to find someone that will take me in my new network. I have had some traumatic experiences in the past months happen and she knows whats going on. Because i have a balance she will not send my medication in so now I have to go cold turkey from them thanks to her. I WOULD NOT GO AND SEE HER ALL SHE CARES ABOUT IS MONEY AND NO HER CLIENTS OR WELL BEING.

Sought out assistance from Neuropsychiatric Associates seeking support for mental health needs. Unfortunately, the experience with them was nothing short of deeply disheartening and unprofessional. In addition to the lack of professionalism and rudeness, the overall level of support provided was highly unsatisfactory. Their inability to offer helpful solutions left me questioning the validity of their expertise in the field of mental health. Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone seeking genuine help for their mental health concerns. Their unprofessionalism, rudeness, and apparent profit-driven approach to care are deeply troubling. When individuals seek help, they deserve compassion, understanding, and genuine assistance, which were lacking. I strongly advise considering alternative options for mental health support to avoid a distressing experience.
