Do not use Dene Carroll! Beyond her being very unprofessional she picks and chooses which of her own rules she will follow. Even before our first session with her the other party sent a biased email that was purely a hit piece to make me look bad. I contacted Dene and told her how unfair this was, she did nothing. It’s set the tone for our therapy and after repeated requests to have Dene address this issue she still did nothing. She openly let the other party flaunt court orders. She was upset that I forgot to add the other party on an email I sent her and then reminded me of her rules we all signed. Then turns around and sends an email to the other party, not included me, and had the audacity to ask the other party to forward me her email. I called her out on this, she did nothing. Basically she is ineffective and will not help you. Also watch out about her billing. When our work with her ended, she went out of her way to talk badly about me. Very unprofessional and unnecessary!
