Avoid This Nurse Practitioner
Is often late for appointments, or forgets entirely (you have to text her). Visits feel rushed and are often 15 minutes or less, and she spends most of her time typing into a laptop. Poor attention to detail, and almost impossible to get prescription refills from her – which is dangerous to the patient.

No one contacted me for my telehealth visit, and when I called there were issues with the app (as in Ms. Crosson was never there). When I finally called her, she was curt, rushed, and more worried about the next patient than she was about me. Needless to say, I was not happy with the way I was treated.
