Dr. Denise Gonzales, PSY

I can not speak on behalf of her billing practices, but Dr. Gonzales works hard on the referral and documentation process. When requesting documents they are delivered promptly and professionally. In regards to her care, within the time I have spent with her, I have grown to have a better understanding of my own issues and have made progress to accomplishing my goals. I can say my life is better having known her and with her seeing me as a patient. (Her website needs a refresh though)

I went to this therapist through EAP and about two months after my first visit everything just unraveled. I went through the darkest times. I am certain that I wouldn't be alive today (over two years later) without her counsel. My life is still difficult, but our family is still intact and we are all getting better. She was empathetic, but painfully honest when needed, didn't take sides, effective, committed, and excellent overall in building trust with everyone to take on the tougher issues.

Excellent! From the first time I met her I knew I would be comfortable talking to her; which is something it's not easy for me to do. I would highly recommend her. She is kind, compassionate and understanding. She listens intently and really understands a person. She offers solutions but not directions, she knows her field well and is a terrific confidant. I can't begin to describe how she's helped me.

Not happy with her practices. I never once received a receipt for the "cash only" payments at the time I had paid. Never once did we receive a reminder or any form of confirmation that we had an appointment. If she schedules you, you will be on the hook for a no show fee, even if you didn't know you had an appt scheduled.
