She used to be great, these days she is distracted, talks more about herself then helping her client. She doesn't follow thru on safety plans, her office is failing. She lost a bunch of her therapists, she won't be around much longer... also she has one of her daughters working the front desk and she is terrible. She lost all of her good receptionists. She also has a terrible billing lady.
