Telehealth
Denise Re repeatedly tried to cancel my appointments. Most people seeking mental health treatment know how hard it is to get scheduled. And providers should especially know. I called her office at Lifestance to try and understand why she'd want someone who was hospitalized to not have their medication. Once you leave, the doctors that see you there can't prescribe you anything. By the time I was supposed to see her (as scheduled by the hospital), I would have been out of my prescription. Yet, she tried to keep me from being seen and getting my medication. If you're not familiar with what can happen if you abruptly stop antidepressants, look it up - it's not good. There are many other professionals that will actually treat you like a human. Do not risk your health or your life.
