Dennis Polley II, PA-C

This place is like an hour drive from where I live, but worth it. They accept my insurance and appointments are easy to make. Dr. Polley is very thorough, and makes sure I get the care needed. He listens to my concerns and makes me feel comfortable.

Dr. Polley is a courteous, detailed and knowledgeable individual. His ability to give you information regarding the reason he providing the patient care at the scheduled visit is remarkable. He clearly has exceptional listening and communication skills, which I feel is priceless. He’s definitely a step above the rest, and is worthy of his services to his patients! Horrible experience. Took forever to get me in. Nurses do nothing but sit on the phone and laugh and giggle in the hallway during my appointent. They sat in the hallway outside my door and laughed and talked about their benefits. They absolutely have no consideration for the patients at all. They sit in the back and talk about patients. The doctors were just sitting in the hallway talking when I walked back to my room, just sitting in rolling chairs laughing and talking not helping or doing absolutely anything. My doctor Dennis polley came in saw me for exactly 15 minutes and sent me on my way. I asked for a recommandation to a different closer doctor , the nurse at the desk knew nothing went to the back to ask, was gone for 10 minutes, came back with THREE other nurses. Two stood at the checkout window and one to answer my question. The two nurses at the window had no questions to ask they were just there to see who I was. This is the worst clinical experience i've ever had in my life

Terrible service. Numerous patients are waiting more than an hour in the waiting room from time of appointment to being called back (not counting early arrival time), with at least a half hour wait time in the room, to be seen for 3 minutes. Complete waste of time at this practice. Staff verified this is a normal routine. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
