I was so nervous about seeing a therapist. I thought they were just going to prescribe and diagnose and I just wanted someone to help me with my fears/anxieties and to listen. Derai has done just that and she is such a fantastic person/therapist! She really wants to help you and spends an adequate amount of time with you at each visit to make sure she answers all of your questions/concerns. I wish mental health didn't have the stigma that it has because everyone should go!
