AMAZING
Derek has been my therapist on and off for about 4 years now and he is truly a wonderful person and an even more wonderful therapist. I went though 3 therapists before him and he is by far the best one. Derek is very good at keeping his personal and religious beliefs separate from his practice which is quite refreshing in Utah. He has helped me heal a lot of tough trauma. I felt like my experience with him has been very personalized. I recommended him to a few people and every single person has loved him. I would recommend Derek to anyone and I plan to continue to see him.

Ive seen Derek for 5 years now and he has helped me so much with my mental health and my controlling family. He is the only therapist I trust who actually listens to me.

He's a good guy, I liked him. Refreshingly blunt and direct. His counselling techniques are strange to say the least. My wife and I OFTEN left his office WAY more upset than when we walked in. After requesting multiple times that he not defer an unreasonable amount of blame on a mental condition, we had a small debate, after which he terminated me as a client. He told my wife, however, that she was welcome to come back, but that I was too unreasonable and disrespectful. WOW!
